Event Entertainment
Puppets Amongus will present a show from our repertoire at your event. We also create custom shows based on your theme. We entertain at parties of all kinds- from sophisticated affairs, to children’s birthdays. Kids and adults, alike, are charmed by our interactive spectacle. Larger-than-life, giant puppets may dance and mingle with the crowd. Acts of physical theater, hilarious hand puppets and tom-foolery captivate the audience. We revive the ancient art of storytelling through puppets. We perform often in the Tucson area, for people of all ages. We write our own stories, and also draw upon traditional folklore from around the world. Our presentations are at a variety of venues, so check out our Upcoming Events. Puppets for Theater
We design and build puppets for theater companies and other performers. Each puppet is made, on commission, for your production and is fabricated with the finest craftsmanship. We have a variety of styles including giant (parade style) puppets, shadow puppets, and hand and rod puppets. We have had the honor to work with some of the best theatre groups in the southwest, including the Rogue Theatre and Arizona Theatre Company. Our work is visually captivating, and contemporary. Puppetry Workshops
Puppets Amongus’ director, Matt Cotten, has a fifteen year history of teaching puppetry arts. We teach workshops and classes in puppet-making, mask-making and puppeteering, to children and adults. Workshops can be along with a puppet show, or can be taught on their own. Open the doors of creativity- with puppets!
